Our strategic approach addressed two key challenges: the technical limitations of email design, particularly concerning Microsoft Outlook compatibility across various devices, and the need to align the design with the dynamic nature of the entertainment industry while effectively engaging NBCUniversal's internal audience. We successfully delivered a solution that met these requirements. Subsequent campaign initiatives included digital advertising on internal elevator screens and a proposed employee engagement tote bag.
