Under the leadership of Bishop Mitchel Taylor, ERDA operates with a core philosophy of empowering residents through sustainable support, fostering self-sufficiency rather than dependence. Having resided in Queens for over two decades, I possessed a deep personal connection to these neighborhoods, which further motivated my involvement in this project. My contributions included a comprehensive analysis of ERDA's daily programs, culminating in the creation, design, and production of their annual reports for 2010, 2011, and 2012. The reports, centered on the themes of Growth, Strength, and Sustainability, effectively captured the organization's positive impact and commitment to community development.
